Oak Ridge Technologies (ORT) is joint venture between °ÄÃÅÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±½á¹û2023 and Gilmartin Engineering Works, approved by the Small Business Administration to participate in the All Small Mentor-Protégé Program (ASMPP) allowing for participation in government contracting opportunities. This program allows the small business JV company access to all the project resources and capabilities of the mentor company. 

Gilmartin Engineering Works (GEW) is a Woman Owned Small Business with permanent and several contract employees that provides ASME NQA-1 support, Project Management, Supply Chain Support, Nuclear Licensing, Audits, Procurement Engineering, and Software QA/Cybersecurity under NAICS Code: 541330. Under any contract in support of Environmental Remediation Services (NAICS: 562910), GEW would perform associated Project Management, Licensing, and Quality Assurance activities in conjunction with our joint venture partner °ÄÃÅÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±½á¹û2023.

The Oak Ridge Technologies team has extensive staff capability with access to over 1000 professional staff in the management of NRC regulated decommissioning, demolition, and spent fuel management activities in both execution and oversight roles. Their abilities include extensive project management experience including team member matrixed senior management roles in major DOE projects such as Yucca Mountain and in advisory roles to senior DOE management such as the DOE-ID ICP project. °ÄÃÅÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±½á¹û2023 has nearly 4 decades of demonstrated ability at management of handling and storage of spent nuclear fuel.
